Bio: Lila Smith was the first and only woman in the Americas to be inspector for the International Labor Organization; Betsy Shedd started working by building docks and bridges on the Seattle waterfront in 1979; and Aspen Swartz is a union carpenter and member of Sisters in the Brotherhood. Panelists discuss groundbreaking work on behalf of women.
