Bethany lives passionately and her music reflects her zest for life. Her rich, mellow voice and acoustic guitar will soothe you. She has a down-to-earth style that has evolved over time into one that is relaxed and earthy. Her uncluttered music allows the simplicity of melody to be heard, and the power of lyrics to be felt. Bethany began playing guitar, singing, and writing songs when she was young. Now, with confidence and personal freedom, her music has matured and she has found her own style and her own voice. She has an impressive collection of original songs, each one inspired by her own life experiences - the exhilaration of travel, the gut-wrenching drama (and fun) of internet dating, and the peaceful joy of seeking spiritual enlightenment. She shares her music at coffeehouses, concerts, private parties and for diners in restaurants. Bethany’s repertoire covers a wide range of music, from melancholy, to fun, to the slightly irreverent. In addition to her own original songs, she sings folk music, some country, contemporary and blues.
